It definitely is.
The crux is at what point should Chauvin have reasonably been expected to notice Floyd was in distress and what actions could reasonably have been expected of him when he did?
If the state put all of their energy into that, their chances of conviction would be much higher, IMO, and more of us would have seen evidence that would make us ok with the conviction.

Yeah man I have the video on my other phone, I was gonna send it in to worldstar but I videod it in landscape so they said they didn’t want it

He had recently OD’d in a similar circumstance. People will ingest all the drugs they have in them when they think they’re about to get arrested to avoid possession charges
