Will depend on what he is convicted of. Would be asking for another appeal if the high profile nature was taken into account. I cant say under MN law. More than a year but less than 20 for manslaughter? I don't know what those frickers do up there

This isn't something the defense has to do. The prosecution never proved Chauvin caused Floyd's death. Shouldn't even have been a trial.
