You are going to get in trouble with the SJW's for this kind of misleading talk.

The proper term is "amateur personal pharmacist"

It's going to be funny when the defense calls medical experts that contradict the prosecution's witnesses...jury is going to just pick one to believe

I thought the Nelson did better on the last doc steering towards decreases in tolerance...if GF had been using heavily and then stopped for a few months...and then dosed the same amount that is a huge reason for ODs

Which would go more like:

“I...can’t...brea...the.”

Not:

“I can’t breathe. I can’t breathe. I can’t breathe.” - said unlabored.

Every cop has heard “You’re BREAKING my ARM!!l and “You’re KILLING me!!” and “I can’t BREATHE!” a thousand times. Exaggerative protest.

Floyd melted into melodramatics / crying little bitch mode the first moment he was approached. Working himself up into a frenzy.

You're the only nagging bitch on here. You talk so much shite that has been proven wrong. To you a opinion is a confirmation.
The only reason you " took a day off" is because Nelson destoyed the witnesses yesterday and you had nothing. You're nothing but a hypocritical joke.

buddy wouldn’t need to plead the fifth then in fear of a third degree murder charge

I still can't believe his attorney said that. It was admitting guilt to me.

She should have just said they were pleading the 5th and if questioned about it said that he doesn't want to incriminate himself. People MAY assume it was for dealing drugs and NOT that he will probably be charged with murder.

its hilarious. any facts that disprove those posters purely emotional perspective must be lying on behalf of the prosecution and is a liberal to boot.

Hilarious huh?

Explain to us how pressure on the back of the neck collapses the hypopharynx. Physically it makes no sense to anyone with basic knowledge of anatomy.

Could they not give him immunity for the drug dealing but not the 3rd degree murder?

Yea if that were the case his drug dealer buddy wouldn’t need to plead the fifth then in fear of a third degree murder charge right? Since the drugs clearly didn’t kill him

GF was not exhibiting signs of opioid induced respiratory depression.

Based on someone counting respirations on a cell phone video?

I’ll ask you a very simple question. When George Floyd stops breathing how do you know that is not respiratory depression from fentanyl?

So the original coroner lied when he wrote that had Floyd been found at home it would be considered a overdose?

If he isn’t given blanket immunity he would plead the fifth all day. Also it’s in the prosecution’s interest not to give him immunity considering any testimony of his would tank their case.

That’s rich. You can’t explain basic anatomy questions yet you know this experts testimony is accurate.

You are agreeing with the expert because he comes to the conclusion you want.

I’m disagreeing with the expert because of factual knowledge I know to be true and can actually explain.

AMS, while the state did have their the best day of the trial so far, so they still failed to meet the burden for any of the crimes Chauvin is being accused of.

1 decent day out of 8 is not good.

Remember not 1 defense witness has been called yet. -- well besides the 1 that Nelson flipped during cross.

“ Derek Chauvin used his body weight to pin George Floyd’s neck and never moved, use-of-force expert says”

Maybe the expert should watch the video.

I wonder what the fallout will be for these cops testifying against another cop like this, for a personal agenda.

because in the case of fentanyl or opioids which suppress respiratory centers, you are not aware you are not breathing. Floyd was well aware.

its apples to oranges.
