Shes literally saying nothing that contributes to the case in either direction.. shes just being asked questions about what she did/what she does for her job. It has no substance to the case.

I don't believe his statement but that's the angle the State is playing right now. he was fine in the Mercedes because it was bigger than the small backseat of the cop car. It's ridiculous because he was high out of his mind and just didn't want to get arrested but that's exactly what the state is trying here.
