I'll say it again, but I really think people have to take the human element into consideration.

A lot of these jurors are probably INCREDIBLY uneasy about acquitting because of what may happen to them. If it is found out who they are, their lives will be forever ruined. Their families will be attacked, harassed, jobs lost, lives destroyed.

I strongly suspect that in the end it will be conviction on the lesser charge.

Why is that your suspicion? The prosecution hasn’t come close to proving even manslaughter.

He won’t walk scott-free. But his conviction on the lesser charge won’t satisfy Woke. They will be apoplectic, they will be outraged, and they will riot because all they will see is “cop acquitted for murdering sweet dear George, system is RACIST.”

It doesn't matter. Riots will happen. They can convict on all charges 5 times over, eliminate any appeals, take him from the court room, and brutally kill him... Riots will still happen. Otherwise it ends... And they can't let it end.

That’s why my walks free percentage is t higher than it is.

Someone mentioned a directed verdict after the prosecution rests. While the judge would be well within reason to do this, the backlash against him personally would be too strong. Headlines would be: White judge supersedes jury and releases racist white cop.

Exactly, he is not walking free on that alone not to mention the jurors will probably feel a responsibility to not have all of the countries major cities burned down. At the very least they convict him of manslaughter to appease the mob.

Riots will happen no matter what. It’s inevitable.

If he's convicted of anything at all, I believe it will get overturned on appeal.

I'm an expert and I don't have a PHD. Sometimes it's more training and experience.

Shouldnt someone testifying on behalf of the prosecution in forensics have some sort of either medical degree are PhD? I’m not talking about experience here in fingerprinting people.

Seeing his tox report... with fentanyl and meth..:: which is the more likely of what he said ... he knew he was OD’ing. And he was in a mental crisis because of it. They will believe whatever they want.. hell they probably still believe in Hands up don’t shoot too

Do you really think that the forensic scientists responding to crime scenes are going to be PhD’s? The fact that she has a masters degree is probably more than you could expect from most cities.

Not in forensics. What you are seeing is very common. The ME is the opposite. They're the ones that should have the advanced medical degree.

I guess you’re right. I would just expect her to have more credentials as an expert forensic witness.

I can’t wait for the ME testimony. Going to have the popcorn ready

Why not? You think 12 people will all agree to be in favor of sending an innocent man to jail?

I do not share your faith in humanity.

But good for you believing.

So she’s going to tell the defense there was drugs found in the vehicle? Who owns the Mercedes?
