frick you Fox 8 and Gayle! They had an option to show the NASCAR race or the local news and regular programing. They switched it over to bounce TV that you must have rabbit ears for I live in an area that I cannot pick up Baton Rouge or New Orleans stations via antenna very disappointed.

I went to the game for family day as my daughter (no pics) is a freshman this year. What a great end to the game. It was my first time in the stadium and was very surprised how much seating and suits that were there. Great time and a great game/weekend.

Even though it’s not a true bar, I sure have been enjoying tacos and beer. They have areally cool staff and great ownership there as well. Try the shrimp cocktail it’s not what you expect and is awesome.

Also keep in mind there is now a moratorium on new bars, opening in Hammond so many of the new places that are opening as a bar / restaurant.
Bennys, is the only bar that I need as well. Older regulars after work and the younger patrons show up around 9-10. Lots of service industry people after they get off work as well. Great owner great bartenders. Great people can’t go wrong with that.

I went a few times in the mid / late 80’s and it was awesome! Learned a lot and had a ton of fun. With that being said, it was the 80’s and everything was awesome especially with the teams we had back then. Really cool hanging / learning skills with the players and coaches. Have no idea if it is like that anymore.
