Looking at your source, probably so. At the very least it is sensationalized.

those glasses must be a fark... just a bad photoshop job, right?

no one (esp. with that face) really saw that pair of glasses on the rack... tried them on... looked in a mirror and said "oh yeah that's the look I'm after"

right?????????

So U.S. News is lying. And when the video becomes available of what he said precisely in this article, you’ll claim that didn’t happen either, right? I’ll post the video when it’s up. So when it backs up exactly what I said he said, what’s your comeback then?

This thread is one of the few good ones. Take your tantrum somewhere else.

Clearly you did not watch the testimony.

The L.A. expert benefited the defense after cross.

It’s not a tantrum. You guys claim to deal in facts but when I present facts it pisses you off.

We literally heard what he said. We don't need to rely on biased news articles to paraphrase.

Notice that the portion you underlined regarding the neck is NOT a direct quote.

Hmmmmm

The prosecution has to know this, that Nelson high-jacks EVERY SINGLE one of their witnesses. At what point do you realize you're doing your case harm by putting these people on the stand?

If nobody would respond to his bait things will run more smoothly in this thread.

There is really nothing else they can do. Their case is weak.

This thread is about the facts of the trial, not what a news website says. Please leave cause you're just trolling at this point. Maybe if we all start reporting his posts he will get banned from the thread.

Does this get to the point where the judge gives a direct verdict to save the jury?

The media is praising Nelson and are turning the script towards the " we were fed false information ". Up until now the prosecution has proven nothing and there is more reasonable doubt than ever.

When I post the video backing up what I said and showed you, that won’t be enough? You’re pissed because what I’m posting is accurate. So I’ll get banned for backing up what I’m saying. If the website was Fox News would you be okay with that?

I think Nelson has done a masterful job but is pissing in the wind uphill.

This jury is almost certainly beyond fearful for their lives if they acquit and will convict him of something no matter what.

But he shouldn't be based on the prosecutions case.

Nelson is trying this for the Appeals Court more than he is for the Jury.

No, we don't need an opinion or retelling. We are watching the trial and discussing it. Which if you are not, go create your own thread for discussing other shite.

I hope not.

I've had enough subterfuge with this trial, the Burn Loot Murder movement and all the rest of it. I say let the jury do their job.
