Wait a minute. This woman met a man in the lobby of a building and they kissed at that meeting?

wtf is the relevance of any of this???
What does any of this have to do with whether or not DCs actions are what killed him?

I’m late to the party today. Did this lady say that George walked up to pray with her and then proceed to make out with her? Did I misunderstand something?

Why wouldn't the ME just say "asphyxiation" if they meant asphyxiation? What would be the point of that?
you you can say the same thing in different terms. its not the gotcha you think it is.
quote:
do ME reports typically say "gunshot" or do they say "high-velocity puncture wound delivered by powder-fired projectile from a mechanical instrument designed to initiate, control and expel such projectiles"?
this is my point, it would be a personal preference and they can do either and everyone would understand both statements mean a GSW. your argument is like if someone used the second quotation and thinking there was no one shot by a gun because they didn't say gunshot.

First time dealing with the left eh?
I'm obviously extremely naive about how far the liberals will go. I for sure thought that when it got to court we would be dealing strictly with facts.

That's what I understood too. Or at least kiss. I don't know if she said they made out.

None of it is really relevant, but courts allow “spark of life witnesses” since Floyd cannot take the stand himself. It allows the jury to see him as not simply a victim

Cahill told the lawyers that he would allow "spark-of-life" witnesses to talk about Floyd being beloved by his family, but they cannot provide "character evidence" about him or refer to him as a "gentle giant."

I find it funny that the court had to ban the phrase “gentle giant”

JFC the sooner this weeping moron can gtfo and we can get back to the substantive facts of what happened, the better.
what a waste of fricking time.
I swear to god if I was on that jury I'd be letting DC off purely to spite the prosecution for making me sit through this bullshite.

you you can say the same thing in different terms. its not the gotcha you think it is.
quote:You're telling me that if you read an autopsy report that described a gunshot in that manner as opposed to just saying "gunshot" you wouldn't think that's a bit silly?

I think if anyone answers that with a "no" they're being disingenuous.
