i doubt she lives that far out. the developments at burbank and lee/college/brightside or closer to campus are where students with any money live.
i am guessing she is said something like "i live off of burbank", they don't know shite from shinola, get too far down burbank and figure this neighbor is good enough to leave her at.

what does it matter? If they dumped her on a dead end cul-de-sac , would that make it any less worse? She's dead as a result of their actions. And it would be the same with anyone else who dumps and incapacitated person in the middle of or on the side of a street, road, etc.
