It will all come down to how much influence this group was at causing her death. I agree with any rape charge. Can they really be charged in her death for dropping her off ????! Not defending them at all BUT she did drink enough alcohol to get herself totally sloshed.

the scenario everyone is imagining is these 3 black guys were waiting by the bar for their target, a really drunk girl that they could force into their car and rape b/c she's too drunk to do anything about it, and might not even remember it.
and that might have happened here, but we dont know that.
IT's also very plausible that this girl and the guys interacted for 1-2 hours inside the bar, and got friendly, and the girl made a bad decision to go home with them, and then had drunk sex with them. And it's also possible she made that bad decision to go home with them and then was raped.
but we've got a bunch of people in here that act like they already know exactly what happened.

People have blood lust about this and want to make this 100x worse than it likely is to get there, for some reason. They legit want this to be 3 guys holding her down while others take turns, and then dumping her off in the middle of the road.
Like I said earlier, this situation is already terrible enough without the bloodlust daydreaming.

I took it as him saying this was a "date rape" scenario, to counter the guy he replied to who said it wasn't a date rape scenario

No, she didn't make a decision to have drunk sex. She was raped according to the law. You don't have to know all the details to know a rape occurred in this case. Even if she's on video saying yes, the BAC makes all of that moot.
