You can’t possibly say that with any certitude. You think women don’t claim rape after consenting to sex? Where have you been for the last 20’years? I’d remind you this girl was sodomized. Some say violently. Doubt she’d consent to that even if sober.

I’ve had family that lived in pelican lakes, you can circle through the whole subdivision in about 5 minutes. We know there was a short time between leaving Jennifer Jean and her being hit by car, I’m curious if the 3 different houses are a drunk girl saying a little further down this block or actually driving to a specific address. This smells of defense team driving a narrative to me.

How do the boy’s phones come into play? Must they be turned over as possible evidence in the crime and can the police review all photos/texts regardless of date/time?

Well the rapists provided videos to the cops of interactions in the car.
I believe this would give them probable cause to seize and search the phones themselves

Why is everyone getting so hung up on these three places she was taken? Where did I miss that if you forcibly sodomize someone it isn't rape if you take them to at least three places afterwards??

I'm frustrated because people on this thread seem to be implying that as long as they tried to bring her home, there wasn't a rape. Why are we relying on the defendants version of events AT ALL?
