"But Myers disagreed and said he believed based on the footage and other evidence that a crime had occurred, according to WAVB.

'The evidence to me is clear,' Myers reportedly said."

Do the investigators have access to all 4 of their phones yet? WOnder if they tried to delete any videos of the assault.

How did she get her destination address wrong 3 times if she is coherent?

It SEEMS like she knew the place by sight, not by specific address. Why they got to the neighborhood and had go try 3 different homes and then she said she'd call an Uber. Again, I'm speculating and that will likely be filled out fuller by trial.

Madamsquirrel & mikelbr. There’s another one but I don’t know them personally and have never talked to them.

I have never posted about this case on FB and I’m not the cool mom letting my kids do inappropriate shite.

Problem is that he ultimately will not determine that. Baton Rouge's finest will. Its as scary as it sounds.

How could it not? Does the law not say the accused needs to know or should have known that the victim was too intoxicated?

A video showing a coherent and communicating victim will mean more than hearsay in an arrest affidavit.

It will mean more than an objectively and scientifically established BAC as well.

That might be worse for the perps A coherent person would get there based on sight more than they would based on address IMO.

I get that, just like I'm just asking questions.

Cool. Has nothing to do with the videos' contents.

This is the silliest post you have ever made on this board.

How bad will the melt be when the two guys who had sex with her take a plea for 3rd degree rape and get a 3-5 yr suspended sentence?
And the other two get off with misdemeanors?

I think Madison's dad will be just fine with these losers being out on the street quickly.

Again, Myers isn’t directly quoted saying a crime occurred. He’s quoted saying there’s evidence to move forward in a bond hearing. That’s two different things. MSN is citing WAVB who is coming to its own conclusion based on one sentence actually quoted: “the evidence is clear.” That’s not a judge saying they are guilty. The defense would love for a judge like this to say their clients are already guilty to the public before any jury selection. They could possibly get a new judge that way.

Of course they do. You’re right. I’m more focused on the consent part. Isn’t there a video where they are specifically asking her if she wants. Seems like a moral crossroads and they tried to protect themselves.

Yea that other incident is pretty bad. Even if he was 15 and she was 12. He may get some real time for that one.

Did the judge see all the videos that Nak reported on prior to making the statement about “callous laughing” and showed evidence that crime was committed?
