With a BAC of 0.319. Ooookay.

I’m telling you, I doubt that number is going to look at strong at trial as it does now.

One thing everyone needs to do (AND that will be very hard to do) is take an interview with police less than 24 hours later with at least some grain of salt.

Man I am torn on this one here but it has been proven these things can be very unreliable.

doesn't really address how a situation exists where the perps say she's drunk drunk and needs to be asked 5 times to have sex and Casen says they have to stop but also was asking to frick everyone. That makes no sense.
It’s certainly damning for them. I’ve said over and over their description of her state is something they can’t overcome.

He was driving the car, pulled over for the acts to take place, "admitted" he thought it was wrong (oh poor innocent one), yet STILL ALLOWED it. He could have stopped his friends at any time, but instead he stayed in the front seat and watched.

The actual rapists are worse, but they're all pretty awful.

So does that mean being intoxicated is no longer an issue with consent?

It's very easy to get caught up in the emotion, especially with the Rice case still in limbo. No one here truly knows what evidence does or doesn't exist at this point besides what's in the affidavit or what has been rumored, so it's pretty much all just conjecture and speculation.

From 2:50-3:25, it seems to me like Nak is suggesting that the BAC level don't jive with what he witnessed on the video from the car.

Anyone else see it that way?

nakamato being interviewed about the case

Interesting. Nakamoto says they drove her to 3 addresses and then she asked for an Uber.

His account (3rd hand) is different than the official opinion here.

You think his assessment of the video trumps an actual blood test done by a profesisonal in a medical setting?

All he said is that she was talking and didn't look like she was held against her will. If you wanted to read into it one way, you could say he didn't say she was talking well. Oppositely, you could say he didn't say she was talking with slurred speech.

I don't take too much out of it either way. I am curious where people got Nak not thinking it was rape out of that video. He said nothing of the sort.

I was crucified on here a few days ago for putting the dots together the way he described the situation. It doesn't jive with the consensus opinion, so it's going to be heavily criticized and possibly claim to be a defensive rape

is so random. Why on earth would anyone video themselves attempting to take someone to an address much less multiple ones? CYA in case she didn't make it home safely?

Teenagers film everything now days. They chat by texting on top of selfish pictures. Any clothing change requires a "fit check video".

I don't doubt these teens were filming that entire encounter.

Her BAC says she should have been inconherrent but the Nak video says she was talking normally.

Devil's advocate here, but part of the law says that the perpetrator should've known of the victim's condition. If you don't think someone is as drunk as they are, then you have no way of knowing that they can't consent according to that.

Again, you run into the issue of their own statements saying she was hammered

It seems a smidge greasy that Nakamoto is giving interviews about the video.
