Sure. But it undercuts the narrative we had before. And it plainly complicates the prosecution’s case.

If so, how much did he have to drink I wonder to get to that level?

Wait. Did you drink alcohol in class?
Wild Turkey 101. One shot every 10 minutes. Six blood pulls combined with aptitude tests corresponding how screwed up I was with my BAC. The professor had to run the blood through the GC (students could only witness) in case I had a blood borne pathogen (the AIDS). I only hope they still do that for undergrad chem majors. We also got to smell hydrogen cyanide (smells just like almonds).

Yes, but if you see the comments on these stories as they pop up on WAFB and WBRZ on Facebook I'd say 90% of black females are extremely hostile toward the victim. Any questioning of the science would be 'reasonable doubt' for them.

You want to talk about the stuff we don’t know and haven’t seen?
If you read the arrest warrant you would know that the cops talk about watching video of inside the bar (with specific time stamps) of her stumbling and falling multiple times.
But for some weird reason you are obsessed with poking holes in the evidence of this case.
You spent 10 pages arguing about the possibility that the BAC was wrong because of fermentation and alcohol pads because, according to you, you really want to see them in jail.
It’s just weird that no one else who wants to see them in jail has spent so much time disputing the evidence.

How much driinking did you do back then?
If Madison was there enough to 'work there' I'm wondering if she had a stronger resistance to alcohol as she was very near body shutdown level.
She was about 5'5", 110, so perhaps that was a factor in how high it was.

And so will his expert.
Interesting flip flops on BAC here and in the past day or so. This seems more than just seeing a quick run on a video while ignoring the end and all sudden trying to instill doubt on BAC testing done in an ER by medical professionals trying to save her or at minimum keeping her alive for organ donations. It’s almost like you enjoy the attention or even more likely arguing both sides.

Not sure what true expert is going on come on for defense and state it was reasonable for them to not notice how completely incapacitated she was at .319 BAC and accept first yes after 5 or more attempts to ask for sex.
by JudgeHolden:
Nobody could say that. These guys probably have no defense, except for the one who wasn’t driving and didn’t rape her.

Many of them are saying how common is for college girls to go on a wild bender one night and have guys run a train on them just to make memories and how we all know plenty of women like that who have done similar

According to a “DUI” chart, a 130lb girl needs about 9 beers for that BAC

I drank a lot. I also went from 0.03 (this was a 8 am class/lab) to 0.290 in less than 2 hours. She had time to acclimate on her side.

I read it.
Not well enough, and neither did a lot of the people who think this 10 second video is relevant.
The arrest warrant describes video of her falling multiple times inside the bar and then falling off a bench on the way out the bar.
So the defense clipped and released literally 10-15 seconds of video where she is walking BETWEEN FALLS because it was a fricking publicity stunt and they know the prosecution isn’t going to release anything b
If you knew the basic facts of the case you would be able to discern that.

Thought the same thing. IDK what alcohol they would have used but it likely flashed off right after the site is prep'd.

The defense lawyers already said they would hire an expert and make an issue of the BAC. Obviously, as it is a key piece of evidence against the perps.
But the discussion here has just asked questions about the science. Everyone here hopes the defendants are convicted. JudgeHolden just asked some reasonable questions.
Ell, you've done the same. Reasonable questions but people are taking them as your attacking the prosecution because the case is such an emotional one.
I've learned quite a bit today as some 'experts' on law, science, etc. have chimed in with great info.

The difference is her jogging/walking when she is supposed to be incapacitated. We did not have that them. It does not fit. That’s a new fact. It complicates the prosecution.

She ran for a few seconds between falling multiple times inside the bar and on the way out. In addition “the co-defendant stated that she asked the victim for her address and then fell over and couldn’t answer him” (this is before the rape).
It doesn’t complicate anything.
