Her being inebriated had nothing to with her dancing and holding hands with one of the thugs?
Likely not. They both got the bar at about the same time over 3 hours before they left together.

No. This is what I mean though. People can’t believe she was in her right mind to even want to be with them in the bar. Quite telling.

No bond on the LP charge. He ain’t going anywhere. He’s sitting in EBRPP thinking he’s a victim. In his mind, what else was he supposed to do with a pretty white girl that jumped in the car? He’s a predator and he own statement give this away “how does this even happen” is what he was thinking when walking to the car. Like it was too good to be true.

And you made it look like I said something that I didn’t. You quoted another poster in responding to me.

I say enough dumb stuff on my own. Don’t need to take on someone else’s.

I just look back at why she made poor decisions. I was 19 in 1983. There were things that occurred there that would have never ever have happened then.

Some people in this thread need to shut the frick up. Anonymous message boards are sometimes the worst

I would not be surprised to see the victims family put up the bond money and drive over to the jail house and take him “home”
A poster here and a friend of mine knows the step dad and the mom (works with one of them) he has said family is on radio silence about the whole situation, save for they want justice and they are horrified by the whole ordeal.

Did you miss the time when a young girl got raped in the middle of a Rolling Stones concert in the Superdome? Evil has always existed. Most evil didn’t usually get reported in the old days cause they’d run out of ink.

I was too and a guy that I grew up with was a student at a certain school on st charles avenue and was leaving a fraternity party and stopped in at a nearby bar - two guys bought him a couple of shots, offered him a ride home - took him elsewhere and both men raped and beat him, left him on the edge of the calliope projects at 3 am. the only fortunate thing was he did not get the aids. one perp was black one was white - one was caught just got out of angola about 5 years ago.

JudgeHolden

Hey judge, I’ve read every post in this thread and would like to thank you for your unbiased insight. Most are either extreme one way or the other instead of looking at the entire situation. So
I’m also in your camp of getting rid of this with a possible plea. The family has gone through enough and a trial would be a devastating thing to sit and watch.
Remember, like it or not, we don’t know what’s on other videos or what other evidence would eventually come in that may further tarnish the reputation of the deceased. That’s what a rape trial does. It will put this poor girl on trial when she’s not even here to defend herself.
I pray for her family and hope justice prevails, whatever form of justice that may be.
