It appears EBRSO is actually interested in solving crimes unlike BRPD. I’ve known people who have basically served up a case to BRPD on a silver platter, with eye witness testimony, and video surveillance only to be completely ghosted by them.
As a citizen you have to ask yourself, why the frick do these people get into law enforcement, in the first place if they don’t do shite about crime?
Talk about an absolute breakdown in the chain of command at BRPD.

I think the statement “we got to stop, we got
To get out of here” can be used to rebut the exception. (plus all the other knowledge of her stumbling etc)

Given that EBRSO has, by all accounts, made the right steps on investigating the rapists, why are you so committed to the narrative that the uber driver is responsible for anything? The same driver they cleared after reviewing the facts.

I think it could still be spun, but it would require an agile witness. And, of course, it would require some of them taking the stand.

This is something never fully clarified in affidavit/statements. We don't know if he asked 5 times and got 5 yes...or asked 5 times until he got a yes.
All comments are speculation on this particular point.
In my own opinion, who in the hell asks a girl 5 times for consent if not a guilty mind?

Now what is the probability that a 18 year old with two prior rape charges would be involved INNOCENTLY in a third rape charge? All by the age of 18.

Yep. Candice said a lot of things that weren’t accurate and left out a lot. She is out of her element here. This isn’t a “me too” issue and it is part of the problem with the me too movement.

I still think you're putting way too much emphasis on their comments. I reiterate that their attorney is going to have those comments stricken from the record, stating that none of these guys are medical professionals and therefore aren't in a position to determine how intoxicated a person is. All they can do is speculate.
