I dont know how bonds work once the charge gets upgraded though. Maybe the brilliant legal scholars of the OT can share.

You can't 'delete' video unless you're an expert using a burner phone and you destroy it (Hillary Clinton-style) after.

A house or apartment would likely not have open invitations to strangers that might be rapists, don’t you think? At a home or apartment, drunks can just pass out on a couch or bed and don’t have to worry about being ditched near a busy street at 3 am.

This is absolutely the narrative they are trying to create.
Setting aside the BAC for just a sec (which is all that matters), and as has been mentioned several times already, this girl did not decide to have spontaneous anal sex in the back seat with strangers and an audience.
I can imagine these fking scum decided that they weren't going to get "sloppy seconds" and the second rapist decided to rape her anally.
The fact that future jury members are trying to simplify this down to kids being kids and old boomer whites not wanting to admit that interracial sex happens is completely disingenuous.

If there are 2 black women on a jury (in EBR, what are the odds of that? 90%?) they'll walk.
There's little chance of these defendants being found guilty of rape in EBR.
There will be OJ-style celebrations when they walk. Why is there an NAACP attorney already involved?

They'd have blood on their hands. With Washington's seeming complete inability to control himself and past rape history, he will definitely do it again if he skates.
