it was more of me defending myself from retard ranters knighting for a driver and jumping on an unnecessary high horse calling me a troll and other desparaging remarks, even something about my mother and father not fricking in the arse (very inappropriate thread to make this reference) and other dumb shite all over me wanting to know some final details over the investigation of the driver and related facts and making discussion points of it. Just look at the posts below yours. All sorts of people just wanting to signal the virtue yet can't see the forest from the trees.

Victim "drunk drunk" in car. (Carver and Washington)
Detective tried to swab Washington and he refused. (Arrest warrant).
That's a pretty tight case of 3rd degree rape. The DNA will likely show who had sex with her. The driver is a principal for driving them around while it occurred.
The case is indefensible on consent. There is a conflict among Carver and Washington about who had sex with her, but again, I think the forensics will probably clear that up.

You know, there is actually some daylight between "hang the motherfrickers now" and "I approve of raping drunk girls." That seems to have been lost here.
There is a process. They have the right to that process, and their lawyer is obligated to defend them. The process will probably work in this case, and they will almost certainly spend decades getting pounded in prison as someone's jail wife.
Her family will be involved in plea decisions. Remember, that whatever our desire for vengeance, the family may be willing to let the DA shave off some years if it avoids this being a spectacle on TMZ that drags out for years. They should have that right.
Let the process work.
