weak sauce lnchbox. my posts have repeatedly have been asking and wanting to know this answer. I've also been told this is a stretch of highway that is very common to speed through being a stretch of nothingness.

This is 2nd time I have read about previous assaults from Kaivon that were ignored.

And then does anal rape this time?

He will be getting the most severe sentence.

Apparently the lawyer didn’t turn over video of the sex acts when trying to show the girl was “coherent to consent.” Just turned over video of her in car before that. Betting that Kaivon sex video has been deleted.

no scruffy, i'm a guy just asking fair questions.
So, why are you making statements regarding speeding?
quote:

what claims are you speaking of scruffy?
That the driver is somehow at fault.

There are innumerable instances of people being struck by vehicles and not facing any repercussions.

Simply curious as to why you are so hung up on this aspect of the case.

It’s weird.

What part of they wouldn't have let him go do you not understand? You think they don't even write a ticket if any of what you are hoping happened here did?

dumbass. i'm asking the question. you don't think the parents of the deceased girl is waiting on this answer as well? What are you defending? You don't know and you are losing your mind over the wondering of such details. pretty fricking sad.

i'm totally aware. so you're explaining to me that the driver speeding or possibly being distracted is of no relevance to the investigation of the crash? That's literally what you are arguing with me over asking.
It is an aspect of this that likely has zero ability to determine one way or another and is of zero importance, IMO, considering that how she got there and the events leading to it are more important.

I do find it weird how you are so hung up on this aspect of the case, though.

True, but i think that’s a British style thing…

But the sad part is that The DailyMail is far more objective and thorough than any US newspaper. They cover US news stories the MSM won’t.

So you're also admitting to knowing nothing about the stretch of road where this actually occurred?

Again, if it comes out that he was going 3 mph over the speed limit, do you think he should be charged with something?

Yea dude, they definitely just let a guy go from the scene of a fatal collision without putting much effort into investigating.

what a gotcha moment. you bypassed my 10 posts of asking if he was speeding to one comment being twisted trying to say that i'm claiming he was definitively speeding. Man, you are such an incredible poster. You solved the case of him not speeding and having no liability whatsoever in the killing of a human standing in the middle of a road.

Whether or not they're correct in the driver being cleared doesn't change you being a jackass.

insane questions that are being determined as part of the above process you tell me to wait on.

Your questions are inane because there is no way for anyone on this board to provide answers. They are also inane because they will be answered by the results of the investigation. At which time the driver will either be cleared or charged.

Dude, he's a ride-share driver. That means that his location services are on at all times and his movements are being tracked by his phone gps settings. if he was speeding, there will be enough information available to find that out.
