I don’t do deep in rounding error stuff anymore.
The EV/Hybrid “fee” is $60. Spent that much at Buccees while taking a leak.
Use that calc time to pet a dog, clean a window or tell a knock knock joke.

I don’t think so,there is a form to fill out she sends in with the check.
She pays most things online like the credit cards, car and home insurance,etc.
Only things she writes a check for are electric and water bills.She’s very computer savvy,unlike me

I’ll pass it on to the wife,surprised she didn’t realize she could do it online.
But if the state has an official form to fill out and mail in with a check for payment I would think they could enter it into their computer without screwing it up.After all Gen X’ers and Millennials are supposed so tech savvy.
I’m 75 and she’s 73,we do alright esp. her.

Tacoma,Tundra and 4Runner hybrids shouldn’t have to pay it.The electric motors on them doesn’t help mpg’s,only get 23-24 mpg’s.Inreases the hp and torque.
