Here on a business trip for a few, what are some can’t miss stops while here? I have already hit the edible shop after Coors Field today.

I haven’t looked, but I bet the travel board has some good recs. There’s a nice list of places in the pinned post and I’d imagine Denver is one of them

Get into the mountains. Hit up Nederland for coffee and good street bbq. Midweek is your best bet to miss the crowds and it's what I'd be doing if I didn't have work.

Hit the Coors Brewery if you can. Taste what Coors is meant to taste like.

The Buckhorn Exchange. Its a nice restaurant and has a lot of pictures and historical things there. Pretty expensive but worth it for the experience and the type of menu items they have.

Plenty of hiking, climbing, and other things to do.
My favorite breweries so far are Cerebral, Peakview, and Black Project Spontaneous Wild Ales.

If it's between New Belgium and Coors, go to NB.

I'm so jelly. Bought some CBD (hemp) edibles hoping they'd help me sleep at night. I can't tell I ate them. Pretty sure I need something with THC. That and a 30-50 year old hot nurse.

Coors is terrible

Go eat bison and elk at The Fort, near Morrison, CO. It may seem kitschy, but it’s not! Authentic western settler cuisine in an awesome setting.

NB is an hour away and you'd drive past about 20 better breweries to get there. There are lots of good breweries in Denver to check out like Great Divide, Crooked Stave, River North, TRVE and Prost. Also Avery in Boulder if you happen to be there.
