Get 2 extension cords from Harbor freight. Run them down each side.

I’ve had my Speed Queen TC5 for about 3 weeks. Absolutely love it. I went with a Maytag dryer from Lowes @ $549. It’s a basic dryer with a mechanical timer. Pretty sure its not computerized . It does a great job . The speed queen is a beast.

re: Need New Garage door opener recommendations
Posted by KentuckyArcher on 1/4/24 at 6:51 pm to BeerThirty
We basically use our garage to enter and exit the house. Hardly ever use the front door. I need one I can buy Friday and install Saturday. I would have to add a power outlet to install. Looks like they are double in price and I would have to special order it. I like the concept and the clean look, but I will stick to the traditional style this time around. I’m sure I won’t get 17 yrs out of this new one.
Need New Garage door opener recommendations
Posted by KentuckyArcher on 1/4/24 at 11:13 am
In a nutshell, my Craftsman 3/4 hp chain driven garage opener stopped working this am. (Manufactured in 2006) So its time for a new one. Any recommendations on a new one? I’m wanted a pain-free replacement installation process if possible.

I just bought a 2006 SR5 4x4 with 251,000 . Runs smoother than a Singer sewing machine. You can usually tell if one’s been used and abused.
re: How are y'all making coffee when camping?
Posted by KentuckyArcher on 10/6/23 at 9:09 am to Loup
Sometimes we make Percolator coffee, sometimes I make Cowboy Coffee ( Cowboy Kent Rollins style ) which is my new favorite. My dad however loves his Coleman coffee drip coffeemaker. Tastes similar to our Bunn at home

4 gallons of Spectricide Weed and Grass killer did the whole perimeter of my yard. Seeing great results on the weeds, but Asian Jasmine is still thriving after 5 days

Yes, I believe you are right. Asian Jasmine. I have sprayed 4 gallons of weed/grass killer on it earlier in the week, and it hasn’t phased it.

I literally just did this 2 weeks ago. Had a 1/2 hp insinkerator. Replaced with the Moen 3/4. Easy install and the Moen seems more quite.

Been there done that, get you a Graniteware 12 cup pot on Amazon for like $22. Got to youtube and look up Kent Rollins and make yourself Cowboy coffee. He makes perfect camp coffee and you don’t have to wait on a percolator.
I have 2 percolators, a Coleman Portable Drip coffee maker ( for Hurricanes) and the Graniteware Coffee pot.
My Graniteware is my go-to method for coffee when tent camping. Also it helps to have extra coffee if you have visitors.
