Demonstrating low IQ at the ATM

I realize this is a minor annoyance / first-world problem, but the low IQ have a(nother) way to show themselves to be just that at the bank. There's an outdoor ATM that you can park next to and walk up to, and there's a drive-through ATM where you can just lower your window but remain seated in your vehicle. And then there are the folks who drive up to the drive through ATM, stop the car, and get out to use the ATM. And of course invariably they get just close enough to make getting out of and back into the vehicle extra awkward, so that takes even more time--in addition to the extra-long time it takes them to use the ATM.
So I'm kinda torn between

To be clear: yes, once in a long time you might drop your ATM card or receipt or whatever, and have to get out to get it. I'm not talking about that.

I make it a point to be as fast as possible at things like gas pumps and atms. Drives me crazy when people take their sweet arse time. Always a sign of poor or a lack of education.

My graduate thesis discussed this subject, so I am an expert. People with short arms and/or short torsos sometimes have difficulty operating the atm from the drivers seat.

Cash is king. The more money I can keep my hairdresser, bartender, etc., from having to report to the IRS helps them, and the economy. Hell, even the windshield repair guy offered a 10% discount for using cash.

Some people take so long at the ATM that I think they’re applying for a loan. WTF takes so long?

If I dropped my receipt I wouldn't take action to retrieve it. But that's just me.

My bank installed new ones that are called ITM's and ditched the drive thru tellers so they can work inside. If you do need assistance during business hours, a remote worker will pop up to help you with your transaction even if you are not a customer at the bank. They will even dispense coints and customizable amounts of bills.

This is what burns my arse. It’s mostly white women. Pull up to the ATM then reach over and get their purse, dig around and find the wallet, then dig through the wallet to find the ATM card. Then they always put it in wrong or push in wrong pin. Then want to check the balance before making a withdrawal. After withdrawal, count the money, put it into the wallet, wallet gets situated back in purse before driving away. fricking infuriating.
I have card in hand before I pull up and the whole transaction takes me probably 45 seconds before I’m driving away with my money.

The drive thru ATM at my bank is low. I drive a truck.
