Do you think if Laura would have not happened, Calcasieu and Allen parish would have not called for Mandatory Evacs, or the situation with damage, etc from Laura , made it necessary for the Evac around LC?

I understand it’s terrible that LC area folks have a second fight with a hurricane, but in the grand scheme of things is it better that a hurricane rip through the already devastated LC area or rip through a previously undamaged area?

Question for those smarter than me, which is pretty much everyone, are we putting more stock in the GFS/Euro or the HWRF/HMON?
Just asking because the GFS/Euro seem to be set on Cameron Parish before it really starts to bend eastward while the HWRF/HMON seem to think the bend starts right before landfall and ends up closer to Vermilion Parish line.
