Notable it got this latest burst going from the SE to E side vs it primarily being from the NE and rotated around. They would run out of pop by the time they rotated around.
Maybe some light shear going on from the south earlier?

Haven't been able to see much detail today.
Anyone have any quick estimated wind totals per area for all of SW/SE LA? Curious to see what to expect in this storm. It looks potentially big on wind field just looking at the size.

I like the fact that he’ll converse with you on twitter and doesn’t sensationalize. If he is giving a dramatic warning about something, you know it’s a serious situation.

It looks like most of the models are showing low end cat 1 to a tropical storm at landfall, correct? Maybe I'm looking at something wrong?

Ben became a legend with his infamous heading to BR to escape Laura selfie. His troll level is outstanding.. he likes to heckle lsu fans being he’s a State alum. Wade when he arrived in Lake Charles pre-Rita would hustle the ladies at Cooler’s. Good times.
