Will that new radar be accessable for the public for apps like radarscope?

The mobile doppler won't be, at least not through apps. I'm not sure if there is another way to access that data. The primary purpose of doing this is to help out the National Weather Service and NHC meteorologists.

That’s a great question. I can’t see why not.

ETA: take it back.. no.

Is there a good link/best link for the radar for the storm?
What's the best link?
TIA

Looks like Delta might be trying to fill in the open slot that has been rotating around this morning. Watch the area in the blue circle and you can see new storms going up.

I personally use RadarScope, but that of course is a paid app. A good website for radar viewing is ZoomRadar

With it slowing down, we should expect it sooner than later but who knows, its 2020

It's fighting off the dry air pretty good right now. If the dry air was having a big impact those cold cloud tops on the southern side wouldn't exist.

I hate that he lost most of his weather instruments that were on top of his house. You live next to a living legend.

I can’t think of a meteorologist I’ve ever liked as much as I like Wade Hampton. He’s damn good at his job.

Relies to much on models. Doesn’t use his meteorological gut like Rob robin and James Spann.
