We plan on staying in LC as of now. Gonna board up 2 big windows and that's it

Mandatory Evacuations for parts of Iberia Parish just announced. Anyone living within west of Hwy 90 and south of Hwy 14. Again, just announced.

You can still stay. They cant drag you out of the parish.

If it stays on the current track I will probably stay

So bad news LC guys - Delta being slightly weaker has it moved west on the 18z GFS by about 20-30 miles.

None of that quote is about wind speed. 18z GFS is just a model run. Track shifted towards LC.

I don't know, but you should definitely reach out to the NHC and inform them of your "strangest feeling".

If they are not made aware, then how could they possibly calculate a better predicted path? You would be putting lives at risk by NOT informing them.
