See how that works?

Why don't we rebuild our power lines underground after a hurricane destroys an area in Louisiana?

I know it might cost more up front but in the long run save.

yup all about ratings. very slimy channel

In some ways it's good bc it gets people aware, but once the storm passes, all media coverage drops if it's not Nola.

I've family in SW La and they're right when they say that even La media isn't giving Laura's aftermath the coverage it deserves. In Nola, not surprising, hardly any coverage at all. But God forbid it drizzles here and Margaret Orr needs a fricking sedative.

You have low standards if you think Shelby Latino is a ‘smoke show’

Like LA has a ton more cities than New Orleans. Damn.

Unfortunately the alert status of Erath, Houma, New Iberia etc. don’t really interest people in other parts of the country.

I am just realizing that YouTube TV doesn't carry the Weather Channel. Not that I ever cared for it.
Only national weather I can get for now is Weather Nation on Smart TV app.

I’m going to guess the 10am update will shift slightly west again but surely the shifts should be coming to an end soon since landfall is now getting close to 48 hours away. It’s good for Baton Rouge to get a little further away but man, I hope it doesn’t do what the Euro thinks. I’ll take one for the team to spare those in LC from another storm. I just always seem to remember storms coming in slightly east as they approach land. If I had to make a guess I would go with Vermillion Bay.

What case? You don’t like looking at a cute weather girl?

What are you arguing about?
