Just FYI I will continue to ask this of any a-hole posting guesses out of thin air with no reasoning or data to back it up.

His or her a-hole.

For the readers of the thread, no one with any idea what's happening will speculate at track shifts without giving some reasoning.

Chicken needs to create and apply little hurricane tags to the few of you who have some idea WTF you're talking about. That way we can ignore the other loudmouthed fools in this thread who are shitting it up when some of us want information.

I’d like to know. Except his own imagination, where does his projection come from?

I’m really not enjoying this. Just started getting to wear I could see some semblance of LC. This goes the way of the Euro and there just isn’t anything lake Charles will be able to do

In general, if people in this thread are going to make a guess that is outside of the NHC path or model consensus, they should give some basic reasoning as to why.

I haven’t seen anyone make a guess outside of the NHC path or model consensus.

Care to elaborate?

Except for GeauxMedic betting the house this storm won’t make landfall anywhere close to West of Laffy

Stay positive bro. Euro has been pretty bad at predicting tracks recently.

Anyone know of any hotel chains that have generators or is it just a per hotel basis? I've been calling the hell out of hotels and not a single one has a generator. I've got to guarantee power for oxygen for my grandmother in case the power goes out.

I stand by this. What I want it to do and what I think it'll do are 2 different things.

If you think this thing is going anywhere west of Lafayette at the most, you are dead wrong. I wouldn't even bank on that.

Jesu. Can you just go find some fricking internet service or tell everyone what suite you have at whatever hotel you’re evacuating to and kindly shut the frick up and get out of the thread so those that want to read it don’t have to read your bullshite?

What city are you looking at? What's the distance you're looking to travel at worst?
