You know there’s 24 hours in a day, huh?

Maybe I'm missing something, but didn't ole baw suggest that The GRAF only goes out 36 hours?

36 hours from now is 6:30 Thursday morning, not 6:30 Friday Morning. So how can that be a 36 hour model if it's going out to 7 AM Friday?

Maybe I'm just not understanding what a "36 hour model" is, because 7 AM Friday is not 36 hours from now, it's 60 hours out.

With the models trending now West it looks like the impacts won’t be severe for the GNO area. Could change but I doubt we see any East shifts unless something big changes.

I’d say 10% already left for good.

Do you really think over 10K people have already left with no intention of coming back ever? I think that's an absurdly high number.

That is not the newest HWRF. It is a little east of there. Vermillion Bay to the Atchafalaya Basin.

You know you can’t mention anything having to do with your finances... it hurts the feelings of the E-Hardasses living in an apartment in their 30’s.

Edit: Only 4 downvotes? Those are rookie numbers, OT. Need to pump those numbers up!

I’m supposed to leave Thursday morning for a hunting trip in south TX. These westward shifts have me seriously considering going on the trip while the wife and kids stay in NOLA. If we are out of the cone on the 4am Thursday update I’m gonna do it.

we appreciate the aid... but that's not going to stop the slaughter that LSU is going to bring upon Missouri on Saturday

Look at my post closer. The top image is the new HWRF. The bottom one is from 6 hours ago.

The new one is just slightly west of the previous one but reaches the coast earlier.

Anybody know if/when the lake Charles radar will be back up? Up again before this storm?
