They don't have enough House reps to do that, and the R ones would have to buck the R majority. Our districts are drawn in a way to heavily favor the rural areas. Has been that way for a while, but gotten much worse in the last 20 years.

I got turned onto D8 by tiktok, and got some gummies from hempiredirect. I like it, provides a nice relaxed feeling without the mind high from regular thc. I eat a gummy every now and again, maybe 1 every 2 weeks.
Why D8 would ever need to be banned is beyond me, simply just government control. It's no worse than having a glass of wine or bourbon.

This is what y’all are looking for
I recently moved from TN to WA. I’ve smoked ounces of delta 8 flower and ounces of the vapes, and God knows how many edibles. It’s all going to vary.
What I think y’all are looking for in flower-what I linked is going to be your best bet IMO. It was the best company I bought from and I bought from 10+ D8 stores.
$125 for an ounce of delta 8 moon rocks. It’s covered in CBG(better than CBD) kief. Take some edibles and smoke what I linked. That’s the closest I think you can be to the real thing. Now I smoke the real thing here. If it’s delta 8 is illegal in your state, don’t buy it, although I haven’t heard of any state banning it.
But that’s the flower I imagine y’all are looking for at a MUCH cheaper cost than other places.

Alright, I ate one 25mg cherry from Jake's site and watched an episode of mighty ducks.
I'm def high. But it's a diff high than smoking a bowl. Don't feel lethargic, but def feel it in the head. I had a little bout of the munchies.

My cousin heard about delta 8 from a friend who reads this thread, so she went and bought some today. It wasn’t until later today that she realized that she bought our stuff haha.

Jake, the carts work pretty well and I am satisfied, however, both carts I’ve purchased the mouthpieces were leaking oil at the bottom near the o-ring of the glass when they arrived and now this last cart is not working very well with my battery.
I bought like a $30 battery like two months ago and don’t really know shite about them so I could be doing something wrong, but I’ve never had the oil leaking out of the mouthpiece before on any carts previously.
If anyone has any tips I am open to advice

I know Jake mentioned they had a leaking issue with their older carts. Mine just gets clogged a lot, which is annoying, but I think he said they addressed both of these issues. I would email him. He really cares about customer experience.

Ok so I’ve been using a D8 vape for a few weeks. It usually takes 2-3 hits for me to feel it and usually an extra one or two to really get me feeling good. I just bought some 3CHI 25mg gummies. How many do you guys take?

My fishing partner wears one of those CPAP devices to sleep at night. I’m a light sleeper to begin with and can’t get to sleep with fricking Darth Vader in the room with me. Buddy of mine recommended Delta 8 as a post fishing, get to sleep alternative to alcohol which doesn’t always work and leaves you hungover the next day.

2 gets me feeling great.
I’m surprised by some of the posts in this thread, about how the gummies didn’t do anything for them. It’s damn near identical to regular thc for me, as far as the feeling.
I used to stock up in a legal state just to have a supply at home. No longer feel the need now, since I can order delta 8 to my house whenever I want.
