Why can't the people "in charge" of this state let adults be adults and make their own decisions? Especially regarding the substances they put in their own bodies when those substances have been shown to be more safe than other substances or products readily available to adults.

My gummies are 50 mg. (They were pretty expensive at 35 a bag). Took a whole one the first night and it was too much. Headache, felt too lethargic the next day (no paranoia though). Half (25 mg or a little less) was perfect. I’ve been taking some 10 mg THC gummy bears for the past year intermittently at night since the pandemic started though, so my tolerance probably a little higher.

As soon as I saw Delta 8 stuff in gas stations a few weeks ago I knew this was inevitable. This state's government has been so gerrymandered, the rural hayseed leaders run things. They could easily quell their concerns over it by just passing some simple regulations on who can sell it. Most gas station clerks don't give crap and will sell it to minors, and once that starts happening there's going to be some knee-jerk reactions. They used the same fear mongering when they tried to stop the Free the Hops bills 13 years ago, like 16 year olds were going to be buying Double IPA's at the corner Shell instead of Natty Lights.
A picture of Alabama should be next to "ignorance" in the dictionary.

I did some of the your gummies a couple months back and didn’t experience much, but I do have a tolerance.
My last order I got a cart and it’s great. The taste isn’t very good, idk what flavor I got, but it does the job for sure.
Ive also noticed CBD stores here in Dallas advertising this stuff.

Blame Nixon and his hard-core stance against drugs. Ever since then Republicans and lot's of Democrats have been against Marijuana legalization.

You got the only cannabis terpene profile. Every other cart is flavored but that one basically. I’m not a fan of that one personally but it very popular

It's all about power, and things will never change.
They'll eventually destroy the constitution. Speech, guns, etc.
