If this is true (big if here) what is the guy to do? He has an inconsiderate neighbor who won’t control his dog, and it’s a persistent nuisance.
Shoot it. You definitely shoot it

In the perpetrators defense, golden doodles are ugly as shite

People can’t just get regular ol golden retrievers because they get more Instagram clout for having the ever so popular mutt arse lookin golden doodles
My buddy paid $2000 for his ugly arse golden doodle. I paid $350 for my purebred, not genetically altered, majestic golden retriever
One breed I’d like to see made in a lab would be a miniature boxer. That’d be badass

I think that goes more toward this lady seeking attention than this Edrick guy not being a fat piece of shite
You check this lady’s Facebook? They are in mass production for yard signs, t-shirts, hats, necklaces. How the frick are you going to profit off of your dead dog
I was running in my neighborhood (not last 8PM, per HOA rules) and saw a #JusticeForWrigley sign. I got a good chuckle out of it

Your HOA won't let you run after 8 PM? WTF
Will they follow you and shoot you if you break this rule?

Maybe they can use the proceeds to build a damn fence around their yard

Mfr needs to pay for killing dog.. pisses me off.. but
Sounds like owner had every opportunity to avoid this since its happend before and dog killer was pissed. The owner does have a responsibility

Just because they arrest you does not mean a conviction.
The DA still has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he did not shoot this dog in self defense.

I own a Goldendoodle that was purchased from a family member that raises them.
There is ZERO chance this dog was shot in self defense, or in defense of his pets or other animals.
It was shot for being on his property. To each his own on whether that is justifiable.

Doesn't anyone shoot nusaince animals with BB guns anymore? That should be enough to get them off your property without killing them.

None of us were there and the man will have his day in court.
Can you 100% beyond reasonable doubt that nationwide no one has ever been bit by a Golden Doodle.
Can you prove that this dog did not growl or act aggressively toward this man?
This is why this man should get his day in court.
The dog owner also needs to be charged as she also broke a law allowing her dog to become a nussiance atleast admitting on two occasions she let him roam free.
She admitted to knowingly feeling her dog could have been causing problems and still allowed him to roam free. That was covered in the news article if correct.
She should not get a free pass either as she caused the problem.
