To me it means they weren't smart enough to change the font size to fit their message on one paper and instead wasted a lot of ink toner and printer paper.

I think someone named Joy was stolen and possibly is being kept in hiding. Hopefully not sold into sex slavery. Someone, possibly a close friend of Joy's, is placing the blame on a guy named Comparison. And the accuser wants everyone who walks on the sidewalk to read his accusations. Which may or may not be a good thing, depending on Comparisons level of guilt. Joy's life could be hanging in the balance.
