Probably not widespread. Without ice weighing down the power lines they won’t sag and break.
However, the temperatures in the teens will cause some crimped connections to open up and separate due to thermal expansion/contraction. But it’s a pretty quick fix and doesn’t require resetting a pole.

According to this guy I watch in Texas he said dry air is slowing the available amount of moisture...don't know how or if that might impact you guys
