Deadly shooting off O'Neal

When did O'Neal become bad? Anyone know the location of this complex? Norwick? Also, 10:30 am!?

Right next to N. King Bradford.

O"neal is a big road.
But if i had to guess where a shooting would happen, it would be right by S. Harrel's Ferry Rd, based on stereotypes, and i'd be right.

We used to hang around those condos/townhomes in high school. My best friend lived there. There was some shady stuff going on around there and this was the late 90s.

i dated a girl that lived there back then and they were not bad at all.

As soon as St. Jean apartments were built and attracted those types of people to the area, the entire surrounding area went section 8.
