It's a tornado in early spring, this has occurred forever.

Do you read much about tornados? Have you ever heard of "Dixie Alley"?

The old Tennessee State Prison, "Disneyland", no longer has prisoners.

Not the old prison by South Precinct, the prisons on Briley Pkwy in West Davidson north of 40 headed toward Madison. There's a Ford plant out there as well.

Germantown to Five Points on in to Hermitage and Mt Juliet are looking bad. Getting reports from coworkers in those areas that it was rough.

Storms back west getting their act together, too. It might not be over tonight.

Doing a flip in Hermitage hold not even get to the property this morning. Not feeling good as it was on a ridge in the neighborhood

See the yellow lines in pic 3? That's where they would normally taxi.

Has anyone said anything about those prisons out there off Briley?

The exit there is closed(or was closed). With Parmen Energy being right there, gas leaks have been reported. My place of work is right there, and we lost everything. The tornado came right through there. John Tune Airport is bad as well.

Man. That's terrible. Not often they hit major cities.

CNN is reporting that a scientist proved Trump wrong about something. Itd apparently a bigger news story than innocent people being killed.

It sounds like 14 of them are in Putnam County, which is like 75 miles east of Nashville.

We have a store downtown on Dickerson and the mgr called me a little bit ago and said it was "total devastation" all around our store. Thankfully our store wasn't hit but he said buildings are completely gone within a block of him.

I've been out all morning in East Nashville and Donelson. It's worse than the '98 tornado. I was 13 then and my dad came home from work and said, "you're going to work tonight." (he owned a glass company that I now own with him). That was my introduction to the glass business. Kind of surreal to be back in some of the same buildings this morning that I was in 22 years ago for the same reason. Seeing glass I replaced then all busted out now.

Death toll now at 21. Have a feeling it’s going to climb even higher. Traffic.

At our office, we can at least work from home. Who knows how long Ill be doing that, but Im not going to complain one bit, since I thought I could have lost my job this morning when my boss called me at 5am telling me everything was destroyed.

Now at 16 in Putnam county. Word that it could've been an EF 4+ when it hit there.
