You don't have to agree with someone, but why attack a 17 year old kid. These kids went through a tragic experience, had friends die, etc. They decided to do something they felt was the right thing to do.. As a result, they have a bunch of adults attacking them. How are adults supposed to expect these kids to act a certain way, when they are acting the way they are?

And I've had a family member killed in school shooting. But that doesn't give me the right to go on national television and call gun owners baby killers and make other outlandish hyperbolic statements and then demand I be immune to criticism because I'm "just a teenager."

Dana Lasch and Marco Rubio stood in front of them incredibly respectful while the kids were allowed to say anything they wanted to them to basically shame them to cheers of other kids.
The adults behind these kids should be held responsible for the vitriol. Everyone listened to these kids until it became nasty and an obvious front for a political group.

Eh, it's definitely not appropriate and cheapens the argument, but that's gonna come with what he's trying to do. I would expect the same treatment.

That's an incredibly emotional/traumatizing even to go through. I blame the vultures at CNN for setting that up in the aftermath to make some good tv. That's who should really be blamed here.
