Edina is the best “first ring” suburb by far so good start there. Have her live in Edina or something west of 494 (Plymouth, Minnetonka, or further west). Don’t go for Brooklyn Park or Brooklyn Center

Edina is a money area. Good place to be.
I used to live there and I visit in-laws multiple times a year.
The twin cities are very nice for the most part. A few bad neighborhoods and lib areas....but name a major American city that doesn't.
The weather is tough but not hard to adapt with more clothes and lots of indoor venues. Outside of the metro there are mostly Republican/country farming folk just like everywhere else. That state votes blue every election because majority of the populus lives in the city.
Stillwater, Minnesota is one of my favorite towns in America. It is an old historic "Snow Globe" town with a lot of similarities to Oxford minus the college.
I used to live there and I visit in-laws multiple times a year.

I spent some time in Winona. Got a little nasty with a local there who on surface looked like a normal person. Turned out to be a liberal frick. I’m sure he’s a Muslim bootlicker by now.

About a month ago a man ran over a Muslim at a mosque there. The MPD sheriff said he assumed it was a hate crime and the city called for all this Muslim protection BS and made it out to be a hate crime by white person. Well about a week later they found out who it was..it ended up being a black man with mental health issues but none of the news outlets posted a picture of him. You had to do some heavy digging to find that part out.
That is the type of communist, beehive minded people in charge that she will have to deal with.

3M & Target plus Somalis run city. Physically beautiful, esp in summer, and at all times better than 'their Oakland,' meaning St. Paul.
