Definitely are, just depends where you are. Houston was a wasteland for dating, even in 20s. NYC on the other hand is a play ground at any age.
Hot take: while apps have made most women think they are hotter / more in demand than they are (they forget many guys will through likes and sort it out later), on the whole, the good apps (such as hinge, the league, etc) have made dating and meeting people way easier.

My neighbors and co workers who are 40+ single and in shape are slaying women in their mid 20's and early 30's. It isn't hard these days unless you are a slob.
