they showed him freely walking around the protest with zero issues. He was high fiving people. Nothing he did suggests he is bad person or had ill intentions.

I wish someone would answer some questions on the possibility of a second shoot. They're leaving to much up to speculation

No they aren't they just announced that it was a lone shooter with a hand written combat tactics journal at home describing tactics like shooting and then quickly relocating to cause confusion and make it seem like there is more than one shooter.

So the shooter that was killed was the lone shooter, is that confirmed?
If so, what was the story with the black Mercedes being pulled after the sketchy person hastily sped off with the duffle bag?

The mayor just announced live that he was a lone shooter acting alone in the last few minutes.
They said they are working to make sure there were no co-conspirators, but they currently believe there are none.

It sounds like they believe he was the lone shooter. The sounds of the shots due to buildings and the ricocheting of bullets plus the shooter moving made it seem as if there were multiple shooters.

I think they stopped anyone who looked suspicious and questioned them. Thought I heard something on that earlier. That car came out of the parking lot where the shooter was located if I recall correctly.

Also the times article made it seem as though the shooter could have changed positions in the parking garage
