The second I saw that dog running at me, it would have gotten a swift kick under the jaw

They took the wrong approach to getting it to let go, if the old woman would have rammed that broomstick up that dogs arse it would have damn sure turned that dude loose.

If it hasn't already been mentioned, I'll provide a worthwhile PSA:

If you are in a situation like this where a dog is latched on to you,or another dog, spray water on the dogs from a garden water hose.
It works every time. I've fostered dogs, and we'll come across the occasional one that's a little more aggressive than others (not related to any breed FWIW) and the garden hose trick separates the dog and stops the biting immediately.

that worthless fricking owner. The dog suffers because that owner is a complete fricking worthless moron. I'd like to have him over for some backyard fun.

also, obviously, hitting the dog does no good. ALl you can do in this situation is grab the dog, either by the torso or back legs, and pull it until it tries to regrip, then it comes off. Super cold ice water works sometimes too.

Oh yea, frick that owner. What a fricking moron. Comes outside screaming like a psychopath, completely incompetent. Guy should never be owning a large breed again.

Yet another reason to always be carrying. That shite would have been over a lot quicker.

The dog was hungry and all those people did was offer him a black male government worker to feast on? Why didn't anyone offer that poor pup a doggie treat and talk to him in a sensitive tone because that's all that was needed here.

They did not need a man hitting that poor puppy in the head & body with a hammer! I "could almost" agree with some of the puppy dog defenders that he should be charged with assaulting a puppy dog.

Man that whole video is brutal. From the dog attacking, to getting smashed with tools, to the dog looking messed up.

He looked like he got after it with a pipe wrench, it did some good. Stupid dog couldn't even stand up to go attach another

A well placed blade would most likely work better than that

Shoot the dog.

Or stab its head with a knife.

My dog or some killer breed?

Betcha arse.

My mom killed a German Shepherd that attacked her miniature dachshund in our yard with a nice blast. Saved Hanna's life and she was cleared of any wrongdoing. The sorry was neighbor moved after paying the bill for her recovery.
