Is Mike who Maximus mentioned and if so does he come to Jackson?

Edit: I am at the point where I can’t buy anything off the rack. Tried Rubenstien’s the other day and only 52” fit my chest but there was so much material in the waist they couldn’t tailor them down (I am a 36-38” waist). And it’s next to impossible to find 18.5/34 shirts that don’t look like a sail on me.

Hong Kong has some of the best bespoke shops in the world.

Yea ur right I should probably go to brooks brothers and buy the same suit that’s on the rack at JC penny’s with a brooks brothers tag on it

I think a MTM or bespoke suit would be a waste for you my friend

Some people don’t realize that Hong Kong being the banking Mecca of the Pacific Rim has haberdashers just as nice as you would find on Saville Row.

Singapore too. I had 4 made when I went there with the Navy.

Best fitting suits I’ve ever had.

I'm a 48 chest with a 38 waist and its a bitch. Couldn't take advantage of a nice suit sale Dillards had on Black Friday.

Friend owns a clothing store and he will take the pants from another set for an additional $100. Ugh.

Nah, I am shaved bald with a 2 day beard. Built more like a 6’0 SEC DT in his mid-40’s since my quads and gluts are huge. Think more like:

What is the best way to get ahold of this “Vinny” and is he better than Mike?

I'm heading to Vietnam in Feb/March and apparently you can make out with some top quality custom suits for about $100 per. I'll definitely be shipping a few home.

Shouldn’t you be purchasing your suit here and having a local Asian do any necessary alterations?

Looking for more of a bespoke experience without breaking the bank, but may have to go the indochino/suit supply route if I can’t find someone with good reviews from Asia.

Know the feeling anf I am only a 48-46 chest 34-36 waist guy, but was avid weight lifter for decades so nothing fits right across shoulder arms

That is my biggest problem as well (weight lifter that has “grown” with age...not enough cardio). My back, shoulders and arms are the biggest issue with jackets. While thighs are so big that I usually have to buy a waist size or 2 higher so my thighs fit and have the waist “darted”.
