It's actually pretty sad to see. People who exist in the extremes of height and size almost never live long lives. Either the organs fail or the spine and joints go out.

Imagine if the guy with the world’s longest peen met the guy with the smallest peen.
The guy with the large hog would be some fugly guy that no normal chick would date not knowing his pleasure rocket was a Saturn V. While the smallest would look like a Ken doll in looks and peen size.
