What's noticeable is the contrast.
When I decided to take it all off, I started with just a 1 because I didn't want a shiny head, but you could still see the balding.
Bought a specialized bald guy razor and I'm good to go with the shiny.
ETA: from experience, I was way more insecure about people seeing my bald spot/the toppik that was covering it up than I am as a bald

That's pretty far gone man.
About two years ago I went to the doctor to look into some options. I wasn't thin enough to need transplants and I never would get them anyway. But I wanted to see if there was maybe something I could do to keep it from thinning. I'm 38 and started noticing in my mid 30's.
I got on Finasteride (propecia). A small percentage of people have erection issues with this, I'm thankfully not one of them and would have stopped taking it if I did. Doctor assured me that if it was a side effect, it would go away if you got off the medicine. Also bought a red light cap that I put on for 7 minutes when I get in bed at night. It's like a 2k cap but I found a brand new one on eBay for $300. I've been consistent with taking the pill and using the cap every night.
It's been about 1.5 years of doing it now and my hair is definitely thicker. Saw pictures from all sides on the one year follow up and was really surprised how much it worked. And I'm nnot using the shampoo or anything that could also help, I just don't care that much. But I am happy I went to the doctor and I've seen good results.
If you're thinner than what that picture is, you'll basically be taking a pill or using the cap to not get any worse, I wouldn't expect a big regrowth. Just giving you 2 cents from someone who went to a real doctor about it

It’s well documented on here. My wife cheated.

announce to the world you are THAT insecure about going bald.
Do the opposite. Just let it grow however and completely disregard what anyone else thinks it looks like. It's your head.

You probably have about 10-14 months.

I hear Nutrafol actually works, but it's all your hair, not just on your head. It all gets crazy thick.
Always thought it was a snake oil.

There are thousands of reviews out there, reddit threads on it, etc. and I've never seen anyone call it snake oil. I can't personally attest to it, it was a friend that told me about his experience. He actually said it made his beard thicker and coarser.
In reading about, most complaints about it not working was coming from people that used it less than 3 months. Apparently, the results don't really appear until after that mark.

That's just not true
For most, it will maybe slow down and at best stop loss. Most don't get much regrowth much less give a half bald person all their hair back. Don't get this mans hopes up.

it looks thinning. I can see too much scalp. I’m on the market after my divorce and want to look my best for the LLot area.
The best cure for thinning hair is a thick wallet if you are on the market for women.

Got a buddy who flew to Turkey.
It turned out great.

My brother in law went to Turkey. He has hair now. It just isn't that important to me.
These types of posts and all around sentiment towards hair loss makes me think there’s close to a 100% chance y’all are full of shite and coping. Or have given up on being your best or apathy has set in.
