Because it’s reasonably priced compared to like a five guys and the burgers are pretty solid.

I guess I don't notice the ages of other diners much when eating out. If I like the food wherever it is, I don't care how old the other diners are.
Does it ruin the atmosphere for some of you if the diners are old? Should old people not be allowed to dine out or gather at a restaurant? I'm not getting the problem here.
I'm eventually going to be old or I hope I live that long and am able to eat out.

Culvers is the best fast food burger out there.

Restaurant full of oldsters or one full of families with screaming unsupervised brats.
Which one would you prefer?

Must mean the food is pretty decent. Old people usually stay away from bullshite food

We don’t mock the greatest generation here. Those bows have seen it all, nothing but respect to them.

I’m gonna be drinking my coffee when (if) I’m 80 on a beach in Vietnam. You won’t find me and that’s what I want.

My Mom is 91. When I think of all the changes in the world she's lived through, it amazes me.
One black and white TV with one station on it was the norm for her. Now, she's got a million channels and all color and she change them with a click.
All of a sudden, she could get a big old phone in her car and talk on it. Then, cell phones, computers, ipads....the microwave...
Just a few of the changes in life. I could listen to her for hours. I would gladly dine with her anywhere she wants to go even if I'm the youngest in the room which I don't care about.
When I see older people gathered, I don't think negatively. I'm happy for them and I think about how I hope I get to be them one day.

Can confirm. My retired parents love going to Culver’s at least once per week. And usually to meet friends. It’s a social event!

The greatest generation is the one prior. This is the Silent Generation. Best if they stay that way- except for the Vietnam Vets who are pretty cool.

I’m probably the youngest individual in the dining room. I thought Picadilly was bad, but nothing like Culver’s in Lexington.
Next time you go will you tell them to stop voting for Mitch?
You would be a national hero. We will build you a statue.

I guess I don’t consider these places fast food.
Your food is made to order. It’s not like Burger King.
The only difference between these places and other casual dining places is they aren’t full service.
Waffle House has waitresses, so it’s a casual dining experience. Culver’s doesn’t, so it’s fast food.

In Louisiana, it's usually a gas station that serves coffee and has decent breakfast

Nothing is as depressing as Picadilly.
Bunch of massively overweight olds yelling at each other because nobody can hear, amidst the backdrop of a place that has the ambiance of a dilapidated mall food court.

I used to dislike Piccadilly, but my folks liked for the occasional weekend lunch. I grew to not only like it, but the oldish smell was comforting like grandma and grandpa’s house.
Well, then they tore it down and put up a KIA dealership.
I miss it.
