Creative ideas for upcoming Valentine's Day?

Ladies and gentlemen, what plans have you made for Valentine's Day for your significant other?
It doesn't have to be on the actual day, because we all know that restaurants will most likely be jammed and may be serving a limited and pricier menu.
My spouse will actually be out of state on a work-related trip traveling with her co-workers, Angela, Chad and Jody. We're now looking to celebrate V-Day a little earlier than originally planned.
What are some ideas that you have kicked around in your head that you are looking to implement around this very important day?

Wife and I are going to get ashes together.

Give her the divorce that she’s been pondering about for so long in her head while she lays awake at night.

Can't eat meat because it's Ash Wednesday.
I may swing by and pick her up a filet o fish.

Doesn't matter what you do with her, her mind will be on that 4-some they've got planned.

After over 20 years of marriage, my wife and I don't play this crap. Sherrie's Berries and the florist industry can kick rocks. I'll likely cook her a meal of her choice, probably on the grill. I'll tell her happy Valentine's day and that I love her.....February 15 will follow.

Are you actually married to Whitney “Big Tits” Vann?

Our anniversary is the 16th, so we always celebrate both together. We get a sitter for the weekend and go catch the first home LSU baseball series. Same thing we did on our first date.

Not a damn thing. We do things for each other throughout the entire year. We don't need to spend money on overpriced crap for the sakes of a made up holiday. If you tell and show your mate that you love them everyday, you don't need to do anything for any particular day of the year.

Yay, the obligatory hardo answer.
Congrats on being more enlightened than us plebes. Enjoy your superiority.
My wife and I are going to Chicago the following weekend for a long presidents day weekend and will probably enjoy a nice dinner there.

We dont' really do valentine's day but there's a relatively cheap and easy gift (probably good for one-time only though unfortunately) that is sure to rack you up about a million brownie points.

Upload a bunch of pictures of the 2 of yall through the years and you create a book and they mail it to you. It's hardbound, looks like any other "normal" book (ie it's not some cheap paper flipbook thing). Personalize it with vacations, fun trips, whatever you want. It's very costly and does take a small bit of time to actually tailor the pages to what you want them to be, but overall pretty painless. It's a sure crowd pleaser.
