My diet starts that day. The wife better be happy with salmon and eggs.
I’m not sure how restaurants in Nola are going to handle Valentine’s Day, being the day after Mardi Gras (Ash Wednesday). I know a lot of restaurants are closed the day after Mardi Gras.

Much like every other business, restaurants need to make money to survive. I'm sure they'll be open.
