used to work for an annoying strict baptist dude... every party was awful and damn near mandatory. When I went to another branch and he traveled for the christmas party at a restaurant he got loose and ordered A bud light.... we thought the world was ending... that's all I got. I gotta work better places

My office does a "Holiday Luncheon" every year on a Tuesday afternoon, and no alcohol is served.

I got blackout drunk at one back in my Louisiana days and was making out with the CEO's daughter then went home with her. I later left that company and then was rehired by that same CEO after having a brief thing with his daughter that didn't end pretty. The man was good at separating business and personal dealings

Our work parties regularly end with someone crying. Could be good or bad tears, but tears are a solid bet.

Last year at the post party (still on company dime, CEO still there) a coworkers husband got drunk, fell, and had to take a trip to the emergency room. AP clerk was drunk and throwing up and stole the owners sons Uber.
This year instead of a Christmas Party we had a retreat style thing at a ranch. We had a concert the first night and then a dinner/cocktail hour the next. Same guy on the next night is using empty wine bottles as titty cannons. One of the waitresses got fired for acting inappropriately toward our interns. One intern ruined his mattress and the company got charged a fee for that...not sure whatever came of that.
That’s a few of the ones that stick out.

No crazy ones from any professional job I've had, but when I was in my early 20s in Dallas I worked at an adult video store that had those booths for dancers. That holiday party was insane.

Girl who worked as a hostess (i don’t think was 18 either but who knows) and the owner were outside talking on the deck by themselves and then she comes storming in the restaurant pissed off but didn’t tell anybody what happened. We shrug because he was an arse and too busy drinking having a good time to care.
Here boyfriend shows up in the parking lot about ten min later hollaring for the owner guy to come outside and fight him. Owner wouldn’t go outside lol. After a while he goes outside and talks to the dude for a min then he leaves. Come to find out he slipped his hand up her shirt (he’s in his 60s) and she called the boyfriend. He paid them $5000 to drop it so they did.
I saw chicks strip in there and make out with each other too after hours but not at an Xmas party.

Doesn't get much wilder than service industry holiday parties.
I've walked in on people fricking in the bathroom, doing coke off counters, seen fights break out between line cooks, seen marriages ended because of hookups that happened at the after parties.
