How do you do 15 months on a misdemeanor? The misdemeanor is any crime punishable by less than a year in prison, anything more would have to be a felony.

I’m just curious to see what ends up happening to her - surely a psych evaluation would lead to her being placed in a mental health facility? I mean seriously all they need to do is watch her videos to tell that her cheese slid off her cracker

Chick obviously needs to be in the state hospital. I have a hard time laughing at people who are obviously nuts. It's like listening to some of Charlie Manson's old interviews. 
EDIT: Obviously some of you baws have never met a schizophrenic before. I know we have a few shrinks on this board who have. This is what real mental illness looks like and it's not funny. Poor gal needs some help and I hope she gets it soon.

Update.
Amanda Sutherland is fighting extradition back to Louisiana. She has plead not guilty to all charges. We will see how this unfolds.
